Technique is a critical element in top performance. We teach our athletes the basics and then help them to discover their unique style. Our programs are comprised of drills, repetitive motions, medicine ball exercises, throwing and jumping.
We also provide athletes with visual aids, biomechanical video analysis, and video footage illustrating proper technique used by world class athletes.
